I am a big fan of sunflower butter, hence I was hoping that
Lattini's unsweetened sunflower milk would be the beverage equivalent. It does taste as I
expected. The sunflower milk was slightly sweet and nutty like sunflower seeds.
I also found the flavor to be light and mild when I added it to a cup of hot
black tea. I think it would be really delicious in a hot chocolate or, perhaps it
would enhance the flavor of your favorite baked goods recipes, such as cake.
The consistency is not thick and creamy like dairy milk. Instead, it is most similar
to the more watery texture of macadamia milk. I highly recommend
the sunflower milk as a great tasting product that has a variety of uses and versatility
in meal planning.
